I’m actually searching for books regarding about Adinkra Symbols for my new tattoos. Anyone can recommend ?

i can recommend a site that has all the symbols on and can be printed off if that is any help, my son was looking for one for a tattoo and it was brill….

I think ‘blackbird’ is a good song. No, really, angel wings are the craze right now. People want ‘em, I put ‘em on. It’s their ink. I try to steer people in the right direction, but they’re gonna do what they want. The upside of angel wings is, although time consuming, they’re easy to do, and fetch a good price… most people want big ones. From an artists perspective, they’d look twice as good as they do right now, if everyone didn’t have a pair.

Any one know of any good color tattoo artists in the northern california area, and or where to find some good designs to incorporate into my tattoo???

I’ve got a few tribals on me… I didn’t get anything that had a meaning, I just had the artist draw up some designs that looked cool and put ‘em on me… Alot of people ask me "Hey that looks cool, does is have a meaning or anything?" and I say "Nope, it’s just a design." But eventually I started wondering…

Is there a meaning behind general tribal tattoo designs? I know there are different kinds of tribals people can get, mine are just the general cool looking designs, nothing special…

When someone asks me "what do your tribals mean?" I wanna be able to give them an answer other than "just a design" but still have it be some what true… Any ideas? I know these things must have came from somewhere and have some kind of history… Thanks.
